Alison Lewis, Founder and Principal Trainer of Lewis Training, is a successful and motivational Trainer and Facilitator. Alison has positively demonstrated her motivational and inspirational training methods for a wide range of clients in the retail, finance, insurance, leisure and tourism, industries and local government, housing and health organisations. She specialises in Disability Discrimination Act, disability, deaf, deafblind awareness training, work based sign language and textphone training.
Prior to Lewis Training, Alison was a Senior Audiologist at the Royal South Hants Hospital, Social Work Development Officer for deaf people, Regional Fundraising Manager and Freelance Trainer for the Royal National Institute for Deaf People. Her proven track record of almost 10 years as a Disability Awareness Trainer, enables Lewis Training to provide a bespoke training service that offers more than just a training course and training that is delivered by people who can.
Lewis Training Mental Health and Equality and Diversity training courses are delivered by carefully selected and highly experienced trainers who have extensive professional and personal knowledge and experience of mental health issues/recovery and diversity issues such as Age, Race, Gender, Religious Belief, Disability and Sexual Orientation.
